Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a ‘no-show’ and incur the full appointment fee.
2. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a cancellation, with the full appointment fee applied.
3. Refunds are not provided for completed grooming services. However, if you’re unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work with you to address your concerns or arrange for adjustments if necessary.
4. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer to rebook at a convenient time.
